They are looking for an experienced, hands‑on, sales‑aligned Field Marketing Specialist to own the strategy and execution of their field marketing motion. This is a critical role focused on building pipeline through trade shows, regional events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activations. What You’ll Do Own the Motion : Build and execute multi‑touch field marketing campaigns tied to trade shows, conferences, and regional events from end-to-end. Drive Strategy : Lead the company's trade show strategy—handling everything from initial messaging and pre‑event outreach to high‑impact on‑site execution and post‑event conversion. Partner with Sales : Work hand‑in‑hand with Sales and SDR teams to align on target accounts, coordinate outreach strategies, set meeting goals, and drive qualified pipeline. Execute ABM : Design and run field ABM programs (across one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many motions) that creatively combine events, direct mail, and outbound tactics. Manage & Measure : Handle vendors, sponsorships, logistics, timelines, and budgets while rigorously tracking and reporting on performance, pipeline influence, and conversion metrics. What You Bring Experience : 4–8 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within a fast‑paced, early‑stage B2B SaaS startup environment. Proven Track Record : Proven experience owning B2B SaaS field marketing campaigns end-to-end and partnering directly with Sales/SDRs to generate qualified pipeline. ABM Expertise : Hands‑on experience running data‑driven one‑to‑few or one‑to‑many ABM programs.
