Family Law Paralegal | Palm Beach Gardens, FL | $75K–$85K + Full Benefits (Onsite)
We are partnering with a well-established, multi-service law firm in Palm Beach Gardens to find a Family Law Paralegal to join their growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support multiple attorneys handling marital & family law and litigation matters including domestic disputes, complex business issues, real property, and probate
- Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial , ensuring attorneys are fully supported at every stage
- Draft legal documents, assist with discovery, and prepare materials for hearings and trial
- Maintain communication with clients, attorneys, and internal staff
- Track and manage deadlines, filings, and billable time
- Handle Florida state and federal e-filing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of family law and/or litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software (document management, timekeeping, LexisNexis)
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Paralegal certificate
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience
- Full benefits package including healthcare and 401k
