Personal Assistant to CEO & Chairman

What does the Personal Assistant do? The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman is a full-time, on-site role based in Overland Park, KS. This role provides high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating [personal] travel, and organizing documents and files. This person will also be involved in personal errands, event coordination, and special projects that support the CEO’s and Chairman's efficiency and the overall effectiveness of the company's executive leadership. What you will be doing: Calendar management for executives and aid executives in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Plan company-wide events, such as annual gatherings Perform office tasks, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and basic bookkeeping Perform personal errands as needed for the CEO and Chairman And much more! What we're looking for: Someone who is a go-getter -- you have the initiative and take charge! Someone who has some tech savvy -- this means you know your way around Microsoft Office suite and can teach us a thing or two about QuickBooks. Someone who is a ball-juggler -- you can manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics... all while staying cool as a cucumber. Someone who is well-organized, detail-oriented with great follow-up skills -- you're the equivalent to Leslie Knope on Parks & Rec. Someone who is resourceful -- you might not know all the answers, but you're a whiz with Google! Someone is has an entrepreneurial spirit -- you're like Henry \"Hank\" Scorpio from The Simpsons, but you're not trying to take over the world [per se]. Someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills -- yeah, you used to be on the Debate Team in high school, and it shows!
