Customer Support Assistant for AI Training

Role Overview

Help deliver empathetic, effective customer support while providing real-world expertise that helps train next-generation AI systems. This contract opportunity is suited to customer support professionals who communicate clearly, solve problems thoughtfully, and can translate product knowledge into high-quality guidance and scenario-based input.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries clearly, empathetically, and efficiently across multiple communication channels.
• Use CRM software to accurately document, manage, and track customer interactions and resolutions.
• Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
• Apply product knowledge to answer questions and educate end users effectively.
• Work with project stakeholders to document and share feedback, recurring challenges, and customer sentiment trends.
• Create and review support documentation, FAQs, and best practices to support effective knowledge transfer.
• Provide detailed, scenario-based input that informs AI systems in real-world customer support contexts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional customer support experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer cases with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong attention to tone and clarity.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM software and digital support tools.
• Strong understanding of product knowledge transfer and user education.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in remote or distributed project settings is a plus.
• No prior AI experience is required.

Work Terms

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Remote role available to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation

$21 to $45 per hour.
