Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Phoenix, AZ office. The successful candidate will work on a variety of employment-related claims and provide legal counsel to employers on labor law issues. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 2+ years of experience, with a strong preference for an employment law background. Current AZ Bar admission in good standing. Understanding of state and federal agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Arizona Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
