Director, Rural Justice Center & Equity Advocacy
California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc.
California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. (CRLA) invites applications for the Justice Center Director in El Centro, directing operations of CRLA’s Rural Justice Program and guiding equity-focused advocacy.
The role supervises a multidisciplinary team, manages a personal caseload, and builds local partnerships to address systemic inequities, empowering communities in the region. We seek leaders with bar admission, strong community ties, and commitment to civil rights in rural California.
