Key Responsibilities\n

  Utilize a billing service that manages claims and accounts receivable, ensuring seamless client interactions in relation to insurance and payment plans.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic sessions, ensuring that all notes and record-keeping activities are up to date.

  Efficiently schedule ongoing appointments with clients, maintaining an organized calendar to optimize therapy sessions and client attendance.

  Demonstrate the ability to effectively work with a wide variety of clinical presentations, customizing approaches based on client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus includes students within local schools experiencing a range of psychological and emotional issues. We aim to create a safe and welcoming environment for children and adolescents, providing them with the tools and support needed to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship dynamics.

Qualifications\n
