Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the clients’ unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client backgrounds and mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to guide clients towards their goals.

• Document all client interactions and progress accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical practices and legal requirements for confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with other therapists and professionals, creating a multidisciplinary approach to treatment that enhances client care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including families dealing with conflicts, couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, and individuals struggling with mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services with a focus on family and marriage therapy.

• Demonstrated skill in conducting diagnostic assessments, crafting treatment plans, and employing a variety of therapeutic methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
