Accountant for AI Training

Apply your accounting expertise to help develop AI systems that can handle real-world accounting work. You will turn practical workflows, professional judgment, and everyday accounting decisions into high-quality structured training data for a leading AI research organization.

• Create realistic accounting scenarios and tasks based on work such as financial statement preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, audit procedures, tax filings, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Assess and compare AI-generated accounting work for accuracy, GAAP or IFRS compliance, and sound professional judgment.
• Develop structured examples that reflect how accounting professionals reason through complex problems.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on accounting tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, audit, tax, bookkeeping, or finance operations, including public accounting, corporate or in-house, advisory, or firm environments.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, EA, or an equivalent professional credential.
• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Working familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Excel.
• Strong written communication skills and close attention to detail.

• Remote, hourly engagement.

• The work includes task design, evaluation, and structured feedback on AI accounting outputs.
• High-performing contributors may progress to reviewer, lead, or domain-expert opportunities.

$80 per hour.
