Aufgaben Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st 2nd Level Support Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen Betreuung von Windows-Clients, Microsoft-365-Umgebungen und gängigen Unternehmensanwendungen Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung sowie Unterstützung bei Account- und Zugriffsproblemen Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Peripheriegeräten Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Eskalation komplexerer Störungen Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und allgemeinen IT-Betriebsaufgaben Remote- und gegebenenfalls Vor-Ort-Support je nach Projektanforderung Qualifikation Must-Have-Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung Berufserfahrung im 1st und/oder 2nd Level IT Support Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Client-Umgebungen und Microsoft 365 Erfahrung mit Active Directory bzw.
