Billing Coordinator (CN)

Billing Coordinator $95-100K + Bonus Paramus, NJ (Hybrid) Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support its team. This position will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring invoice accuracy, and serving as a key point of contact for billing-related matters. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices in accordance with billing requirements. Manage electronic billing submissions and ensure compliance with client guidelines. Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and account issues. Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status. Process billing adjustments, write-offs, and other account updates as needed. Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation. Assist with reporting and other billing-related projects. Qualifications 3+ years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Experience with legal billing software such as Elite, Aderant, or similar platforms. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
