Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in Hoboken, NJ. Our facility is designed for hands-on therapies, ensuring that we maintain a low patient-to-therapist ratio, seeing no more than two patients per hour. This setting allows you to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized treatment plans and building substantial relationships with your patients while collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored physical therapy programs aimed at aiding rehabilitation for patients after orthopedic surgeries or injuries.
• Utilize a range of hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercises, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, ensuring that treatment plans are updated based on their evolving needs.
• Record patient care services and maintain accurate and timely documentation to track treatment outcomes and insurance needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans that support patients' overall recovery.
• Engage in peer conversations with insurance companies to communicate the necessity of prescribed therapies and seek authorizations when necessary.
