Field Sales Engineer - California

Field Sales Engineer – California Ingersoll Cutting Tool Company is one of the world’s leading suppliers of metal cutting tooling systems and a member of the IMC Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company, with over 130 subsidiaries in 60 countries worldwide. Our U.S. operations are based in a state’of’the’art manufacturing and marketing campus in Rockford, Illinois. Responsibilities Field‑based role requiring daily travel (~70–80%) to conduct in‑person customer visits and relationship building. Support and grow the company’s customer base in the California region. Drive sales growth by showcasing cutting‑tool solutions and providing technical support. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications Minimum five (5) years experience in technical sales, CNC machining, or programming. Proven technical sales experience that drives business growth, or strong hands‑on machining experience. Experience in the cutting‑tool industry is a significant advantage. CNC programming experience with manual and CAM systems. Strong communication, professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety. Authorization to work in the United States.
