Operations Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Project Crown Benefits And Systems Transitions Manager
Part-Time - Expected Hours per Week 20 The aim of this role is to continue smoothing and managing the Project Crown Benefits and Systems Transitions across the US Wellbeing Operating Companies. Both helping to tackle ad hoc questions and issues as they arise, closing out all open implementation timelines, working with the project lead and PM to develop a clear way forward on ways of working and preparing for 2026 open enrollment. Activities include:
- Ownership of data accuracy in Paylocity following handover from Newfront implementation team.
- Support remaining OpCos to implement leave management system (Tilt).
- Support on any other outstanding implementations (eg Greenhouse).
- Develop process maps for all key touchpoints to clarify ownership and system handoffs.
- Engage with OpCo teams on their systems and ways of working to be able to support them through Project Crown as 'internal' support, through the process mapping process.
