Key Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 60 college credits, or an associate degree or higher, or a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
• Direct experience supporting students with toileting and behavioral needs
• History of working effectively with non-English-speaking students
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach with teaching and support staff
• Up-to-date resume and at least two professional references (one from a current or former manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students under teacher direction across various K–12 classroom settings
• Assist with daily tasks, including behavior management, academics, and personal care (including toileting)
• Foster inclusion and engagement for students with diverse language backgrounds
• Help implement behavior intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment
