Responsibilities Process customers’ requests in the Card Services Customer Fulfillment function, e.g. Cancellation of Cards, Replacement of Cards, Bill Payment, GIRO applications Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback/complaints and queries promptly Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency and service quality in the team Support in digitization effort driven by the management and ad-hoc /admin tasks assigned You will assist the team in any ad-hoc admin work and projects as assigned Job rotation may be required as and when (however, you will be advised accordingly) Job Requirements Minimum 'A' Levels/IP/Diploma in Business, Banking, Finance or related discipline Prior experience in card operations, customer fulfilment, banking operations or shared services preferred Strong attention to detail with ability to process high volume transactions accurately Able to work within tight Service Level Interested candidates please send in your resume to: Topaz Liang Huimin (CEI No. R1104500), email to: View email address on click.appcast.io EA License No:99C4599 #J-18808-Ljbffr Recruit Express
