CAP Concrete Coatings is an authorized Penntek dealer specializing in the installation of high- performance resinous floor coating systems for residential and commercial clients throughout the greater Vancouver, WA and Portland metro area. Our work includes garage floors, patios, basements, warehouses, showrooms, and commercial facilities. We take pride in delivering flawless, long-lasting floors using the Penntek Evolution Floor System — a premium polyurea, acrylic flake, and polyaspartic topcoat system.

CAP Concrete Coatings is on the lookout for a seasoned Salesperson to drive sales of our premium concrete coating services, specializing in garage floors, patios, driveways, basements, pool decks, and commercial flooring. Based in Auburn, WA, you will utilize company-provided leads to conduct in-home and on-site consultations that result in closing high-value deals and building lasting client relationships. With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, top performers have exceptional earning potential, making this role enticing for ambitious individuals in the home improvement industry. You will be selling Penntek’s industry-leading coating systems for efficient one-day installations while enjoying a supportive culture in a rapidly expanding family-run company.

To excel as a Salesperson at CAP Concrete Coatings, you should possess a strong foundation in sales with years of proven experience in the home improvement, construction, or related B2B/B2C industries. A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets is crucial, along with expertise in consultative selling and overcoming objections effectively.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for fostering long-term client partnerships. Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales activities and reporting will enable you to manage client relationships efficiently.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in home improvement construction or related B2B/B2C industries.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with expertise in consultative selling and overcoming objections.
• Knowledge of concrete coatings polyurea or polyaspartic products (Penntek experience a plus).
• Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications preferred.
