HR Project Manager

Leading key HR initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior HR Project Manager will manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration across various departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans, adjusting for shifting priorities and resource allocation Lead the implementation of cross-functional HR projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or a related field 5+ years of experience as a project manager 1 year of experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects 5 additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, and MS Teams preferred
