HR Project Manager

Experienced project managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Total Rewards Project Manager, responsible for leading the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives across global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs while coordinating activities with various functional leaders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and Equity Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs Coordinate project activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field 5 to 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global organization Demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholders Strong project planning and execution skills, including managing schedules, risks, and deliverables Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
