About the Enterprise Technology Team Enterprise Technology is responsible for the systems and workflows that keep Bridgewater's back office and enablement functions running — and increasingly, for reimagining what those functions look like as AI changes what's possible. The team partners closely with Finance, HR, and other operational groups to translate business needs into working technology, spanning core ERP/CRM platforms like Workday and Salesforce as well as emerging AI-driven tooling. As the team's scope grows with the move toward AI-enabled roadmaps, we're looking for people who can move fluidly between understanding a business problem and building the solution that solves it. About the Role We're looking for a Business Analyst who can drive business transformation across Bridgewater's back-office and enablement teams - not by handing off a set of requirements, but by seeing the solution through to delivery. This role sits closer to hands-on delivery than traditional program management: you'll gather requirements, re-engineer processes, and implement the resulting technology solutions directly, partnering with business stakeholders throughout. The ideal candidate has real business transformation and process re-engineering experience — Workday experience is a strong plus, particularly in the Finance modules, but the core skill this role needs is the ability to take a business problem, work through it with the people who own it, and deliver a solution, across whichever ERP/CRM/AI tooling the problem calls for. You Will Drive the Following Responsibilities Partner directly with business users across back-office and enablement teams to understand process and technology needs, and translate them into practical solutions Gather requirements and deliver functional business analysis for technology and process transformation projects Re-engineer existing business processes in service of better outcomes, not just new tooling Implement business solutions leveraging enterprise platforms, including but not limited to SaaS (Workday, Coupa, Salesforce) & an expanding AI toolset Provide day-to-day support to Bridgewater's internal customers on the systems and processes you own See projects through from requirements to implementation, rather than handing off before delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree at a four-year accredited university 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Demonstrated experience in business transformation and process re-engineering — translating business requirements into implemented solutions Exposure to AI workflows and tooling in an enterprise or enablement context Hands-on experience implementing solutions within an ERP or CRM platform (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders and bring forward solutions, rather than solely defining requirements for others to build Comfort operating with ambiguity, prioritizing across multiple workstreams, deeply partnering with business partners across departments, and driving issues to resolution as an owner Nice-to-Have Qualifications Functional Experience with Workday Finance or HCM models Experience spanning multiple ERP/CRM platforms rather than a single system Experience within a business function (Finance, HR, Legal) Location Requirements This is a hybrid role. While this role is primarily remote, you will be expected to be onsite in our Westport, CT offices approximately 1 week per month. Compensation Band The compensation range for this role is $200K - $250K inclusive of base salary, discretionary bonus, and potential long-term incentive. The expected base salary for this role is between 75-90% of the range.
