We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain our financial records accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting tax preparation, ensuring the integrity of our financial data.
Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Generate and manage financial reports
- Manage invoice processing and tracking
- Process payroll and maintain related records
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Review bank statements for discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data entry and expense tracking
- Support tax preparation activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good time management and communication abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with data entry and Odoo software
