New Business Consultant

United Talent is looking to fill a New Business Consultant role in the Hiram, GA area. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating business partnerships in the community.

Job Duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries and territories
• Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits) to generate leads and build pipeline
• Present staffing solutions including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire services
• Meeting with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and company culture
• Negotiate bill rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients
• CRM entry and database management

Pay & Hours: This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay is dependent on previous sales experience. This will be a guaranteed salary plus monthly commission based on new business generation. Hours: Typically, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Position requires schedule flexibility to meet networking and business needs.

Requirements:

• 1 year of business-to-business sales (outside or inside)
• Sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
