We are one of the fastest-growing real estate organizations in the country and are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Development who can coach agents to higher performance, identify opportunities hidden in the numbers, and build a culture where expectations are clear and results follow.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages people! This is a role for someone who develops talent, solves performance problems, and enjoys helping a sales team consistently exceed its goals.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $180,000–$200,000

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a team of real estate sales professionals through regular one-on-one coaching and accountability meetings

• Use performance metrics, KPIs, and sales data to identify trends and improve individual and team performance

• Establish clear expectations and accountability around daily activities and conversion metrics

• Help struggling agents improve while challenging top performers to reach the next level

• Partner with executive leadership to improve sales processes, systems, and team effectiveness

• Create a culture built around coaching, continuous improvement, and measurable results

• Has successfully led a high-performing sales team with measurable results

• Loves coaching people and helping others win

• Is analytical and comfortable making decisions based on data rather than opinions

• Holds people accountable while earning their respect

• Is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Can influence, motivate, and communicate at a high level

• Holds an active Real Estate License (preferred, not required)
