This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates both your personal and professional commitments. However, you may also have the opportunity to be involved in our outpatient office setting in Hazleton as required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, considering their specific circumstances and challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and families, fostering open communication, emotional healing, and constructive problem-solving.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing urgent psychological distress, ensuring safety and immediate support.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

Your work will directly impact diverse populations, including individuals facing relationship issues, children dealing with emotional behavioral problems, and families seeking to strengthen their bonds and communication. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Currently holds an active LMFT license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapy to families, couples, and individuals.

• Strong understanding and adherence to ethical practice principles, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
