Rick Shipman Construction is searching for a hard-working, dedicated Project Manager that has a minimum of 3 years of Walmart project experience managing new and remodel projects as a PM on projects from start to finish.

\n

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise Walmart construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

\n

The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of an assigned project while maintaining successful client relationships and consistent quality.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Direct all construction activities and project planning process.
\n
• Take lead on various meetings.
\n
• Work with Superintendents and field staff
\n
• Coordinate project schedules
\n
• Finish projects in a timely manner
\n
• Be on or under budget
\n
• Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to site.
\n
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships
\n
• Monitor project forecast and fulfill job costing responsibilities.
\n
• Mentor and provide guidance.
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Three (3) plus years of Walmart Project Management experience
\n
• Familiar with construction computer software: Outlook, MS Word, Excel & Wrike, Holobuilder, Pulse or similar software expertise.
\n
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
\n
• Previous Commercial construction experience.
\n

• Commercial Construction Project Management: 3 years (Required)

Work Location: 50% Traveling
