Part-Time Treatment Coordinator (TCC)

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our team in San Marcos. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in presenting treatment plans, enjoys working with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced dental office environment.

The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their recommended care, navigate financial options, and move forward with treatment in a supportive and professional manner.

Schedule (days/hours): 2 -3 days

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Educate patients on recommended procedures and care options
• Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient trust-building
• Coordinate with clinical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment discussions and patient decisions
• Follow up with patients to support scheduling and treatment completion

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation: $20-$23/hour
