Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims and accounts, facilitating an efficient workflow that allows clinicians to focus on clinical tasks rather than administrative burdens.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly and in a timely manner, ensuring that notes and records meet regulatory requirements and enhance continuity of care.

• Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling all ongoing appointments with clients, remaining adaptable to their needs while managing your caseload effectively.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and frameworks to address an array of clinical presentations, including anxiety disorders, trauma, and relational issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with children, adolescents, and families in a school environment, presenting unique challenges and rewards. The ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and cultures is essential for fostering trust and promoting positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Must be a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.

• Demonstrated professionalism with the ability to maintain excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency when working with clients.

• Strong self-motivation, self-sufficiency, organization, and time-management skills to manage a full caseload effectively.

• A minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least 2 evenings per week, to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
