Merck seeks co-op students for a 4-6 month assignment in Global Supplier Management's Business Operations function. Positions involve supporting process excellence, compliance, data analytics, and supplier relationship management across New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance plans and initiatives ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Assist with review, update, and maintenance of supplier management procedures and documentation
- Help collect, model, filter, and clean large datasets using analytical tools
- Prepare and deliver risk and compliance training materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build dashboards and KPIs for actionable insights
Requirements
- Pursuing B.S. degree in engineering, science, manufacturing, supply chain management, biology, chemistry, or biomedical field
- Ability to work on-site in NJ/PA area for 4-6 months
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Willingness to learn new technical skills on the job
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
