2027 Future Talent Program - Global Supplier Management Group Direct Advanced Strategy and Procurement - Co-op

This 5-6 month co-op program in Global Supplier Management offers students experience in strategic procurement and supplier analysis. Participants will support sourcing initiatives, conduct market research, and contribute to cost reduction and risk management projects across direct materials procurement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence gathering and supplier/supply market analyses
- Support cost modeling, purchase price analysis, and cost reduction opportunity identification
- Assist with RFI, RFP, and e-auction creation and execution for supplier selection
- Participate in financial analysis, compliance reporting, and risk assessment activities
- Support negotiation planning and contribute to strategic sourcing projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as sophomore, junior, or MBA student in relevant discipline
- Bachelor's degree pursuit in business, supply chain, manufacturing, or science field
- Superior interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with presentation capability
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven problem-solving approach
