2027 Future Talent Program - Regulatory Compliance & Partner Operations (RCPO) - Co-op

Six-month cooperative education role supporting regulatory compliance and partner operations within Merck's Global Regulatory Affairs organization. Co-op students will assist with business process design, documentation management, and operational improvements while gaining exposure to quality methodologies and cross-functional project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Maintain team collaboration channels and ensure accurate, accessible documentation systems
- Assist with upkeep of contact lists, SME directories, and governance artifacts like RACI matrices
- Contribute to process prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and materials for recurring meetings, community of practice events, and stakeholder engagements
- Create or update communication and education materials including slides, FAQs, and reference guides
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in college pursuing degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Health Sciences, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Availability for occasional travel, up to 5% or 10%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams desirable
Compensation: $39,108–$111,111
