Merck's 6-month Global Clinical Supply Co-op program offers students hands-on experience across the clinical trial supply chain. Participants will lead improvement projects, analyze operations, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives in a global pharmaceutical organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead sustained project workstreams supporting Global Clinical Supply priorities and objectives
- Analyze business processes and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and recommendations
- Develop dashboards, reports, process maps, and training materials to support decision-making
- Apply digital, automation, or AI-enabled approaches to improve operational efficiency and visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, or related degree program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage work across multiple milestones
- Ability to collaborate across functions and incorporate feedback
- Interest in supply chain, operations, business, data analytics, or life sciences
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
