AI Customer Success Strategy & Operations Lead

You will partner with RevOps, GTM and Finance to implement data-driven processes, models and playbooks that drive adoption, retention and growth. You will design metrics, capacity models and segmentation strategies, and create dashboards that surface KPIs at all levels.
