Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and create customized treatment plans for individuals and families, addressing various concerns such as marital issues, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate therapy sessions both with couples together and individually, ensuring a complete understanding of family dynamics and the individual needs of each client.
\n
• Provide support and strategies to overcome challenges like job stress, alcohol abuse, and conflicts among family members, collaborating with clients to promote positive coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress through our electronic health record system.
\n
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse patient population that includes couples, children, adolescents, and families. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing a variety of issues, from adjustment difficulties related to separation and divorce to complex family dynamics stemming from blended family situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for providing superior patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
