**Key Qualifications:**- **Industry Expertise:** 5–7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and commercial HVAC installation.
- **Leadership Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a mechanical contracting environment.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and architectural blueprints with advanced skill.
- **Standards Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of SMACNA guidelines and local building codes.
