Lead CNC Programmer

divh2CNC Department Lead/h2pWe are seeking a highly skilled Mastercam Programmer/Set-up Machinist to lead our CNC Department as the sole programmer and senior-most machinist; in other words, our client is seeking a hands-on CNC Department Supervisor or Lead who is willing to embed with their team for the long-term. This role combines hands-on multi-axis programming and machine set-up with leadership responsibility, managing day-to-day production and mentoring a team of machinists.
