# Project ManagerSpartanburg, SConsite$60,000-$100,000/yrApply for this PositionSpartanburg, SCPosted 6/18/2026## About This RoleLead with Purpose and Drive Success**Apply to be a Project Manager with Renew Today!**Who You Are* You are a natural leader who oversees production volume, profitability, and the overall customer experience.* You have a knack for smooth project execution, tight communication, and providing consistently excellent service.* You are a strategic thinker who protects margins, protects the brand, and strengthens the company's reputation through consistent field leadership.* You are dedicated to representing Renew Painting with integrity in the community and maintaining professional language and behavior on and off the jobsite.* You are a goal-oriented professional motivated by hitting revenue targets, protecting gross profit margins, and driving 5-star customer reviews.Who We Are* We are a growing company that rewards performance—as the company grows, your salary, bonuses, and responsibilities can grow, too!* We prioritize continuous improvement with bi-weekly check-ins, quarterly performance reviews, and goal setting.* We provide a safe, drug-free workplace with a zero-tolerance policy for drugs or alcohol.* We equip our team with clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), comprehensive training, and the technology needed to succeed.What You'll Do* **Drive Results:** Produce $1.5M revenue in your first 12 months (scaling to $2M in 2027), aim for 80% of projects to achieve target GP%, and keep callbacks under 10%.* **Lead the Field:** Recruit, interview, select, and oversee subcontractor crews alongside the owner while enforcing quality workmanship.* **Manage Projects:** Handle the handoff from Sales to Production, manage the production schedule, support crews during jobs, and conduct final walkthroughs for quality control.* **Track & Communicate:** Monitor job costing, track KPIs, report weekly production results, and communicate daily with staff, clients, and leadership.* **Build Our Reputation:** Ensure at least 33.3% of eligible jobs leave a 5-Star Google review through your solicitation, hang 10 door hangers per eligible job, and make 5 calls to former clients weekly.Job Perks & Compensation* **Competitive Pay Structure:** + Base Salary: $40,000 + commission + Tiered Production Bonuses: Earn 2% up to $1M, 3% up to $1.25M, 4% up to $1.5M, 5% up to $1.75M, and 6% for $1.75M+. + Self-Generated Lead Bonus: Earn the greater of an extra 2% bonus or $50 for any sold job generated by you. + Review & Leadership Bonuses: Earn extra for leveling up Crew Leaders ($100–$300).* **Benefits:** Includes 401(k) and a health insurance stipend (benefits become available with eligible employment time).* **Company Vehicle:** A company vehicle is provided exclusively for business use.* **Paid Time Off:** 80 hours of total time off per year, which includes sick days (available with eligible employment time).* **Technology Provided:** Renew Painting provides a laptop or tablet for work use, along with all necessary software subscriptions.* **Standard Schedule:** Predictable core hours from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.Job Requirements* Valid driver's license required, and you must follow all driving laws, trailer safety laws, and company vehicle rules.* Strict adherence to Renew Painting safety policies, with attendance required for all staff meetings and training sessions.* Must wear the required uniform: a Renew Painting shirt, clean pants, and closed-toe shoes.* Punctuality is essential: you must arrive 5 minutes early for appointments and proactively notify customers if you are running late.* Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet goals, with strong communication to the owner to maintain balance.* Ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently, including closing jobs per company SOP, providing daily updates, and preparing next-day schedules.Next StepsReady to take the lead and drive excellence with Renew Painting?
