Assistant Manager - Operations - Madison

Summary The Assistant Operations Manager supports store operational functions including inventory control, shipping and receiving, sales replenishment and back-of-house organization for the Madison boutique. This role partners with the Operations Manager, stock controller and sales team to ensure accurate processing of transfers, charge sends and outbound shipments while supporting overall store operations and projects. Responsibilities Oversee and manage charge send functions and verify pulled items with floor managers and stock controller Coordinate shipping, receiving and customer transfers; support outbound transfers and larger rebalancing activities Audit receipts and ensure accuracy of processed items Coordinate sales floor replenishment and respond to size and product requests Manage scheduling and resource allocation; maintain BOH organization and uniform distribution Train new team members on back-of-house operations and develop existing staff Requirements 4+ years of retail management experience in a similar role; luxury experience preferred Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and strong POS and phone system knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative management style Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience making operational decisions and managing budgets Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
