They specialize in non‑clinical companion and daily care for the Senior community. They are looking for an experienced Area Director to lead growth and operations over their Florida region. This position will oversee multiple offices, but candidates would ideally be based anywhere between Ocala, Tampa and Sarasota, FL. Travel will be required. This program is poised for growth and they are looking for a dynamic leader to take them to the next level. Private Duty / Personal Care experience is preferred but experience in similar healthcare settings will be considered. Area Director Job Requirements Private Duty / Personal / Companion Home Care experience ideal. Home Health, ALF, LTC or other geriatric care backgrounds will be considered. Strong business development and financial acumen. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Must have good tenure with a customer‑service centered philosophy. Area Director Job Responsibilities Oversight of multiple branches and directly reporting managers. Maintain existing relationships and grow referral sources. Ensure compliance and high customer & care‑giver satisfaction. Develop and manage Budgets, P&L, Bill Rates, and Expenses.
