Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Training Director located in Louisville, KY. The Personal Training Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the personal training department, including managing a team of trainers, implementing training programs, driving revenue goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, recruiting and onboarding trainers, monitoring team performance, and creating strategies to deliver exceptional fitness services. The role also involves setting well-defined goals for personal trainers and providing continuous coaching to ensure success. Qualifications Deep understanding of Group Training, Personal Training, and general fitness methodologies Experience developing and implementing training programs and holding relevant certifications such as NASM or equivalent Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on providing positive client experiences Proficiency in team leadership, recruiting, and staff development Ability to meet sales goals and develop revenue-driving strategies Passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive fitness environment Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus Prior experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness)
