Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist for Flexi Flow Rehab in Miami Beach

Flexi Flow Rehab is actively seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Miami Beach, Florida. This full-time role is ideal for professionals who are committed to helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. At Flexi Flow Rehab, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier rehabilitation services in a modern facility tailored for athletes and active individuals. Our rehabilitation center spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with cutting-edge technology and therapeutic modalities designed to cater to a diverse range of health and fitness needs. Our dedicated team consists of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), ensuring a collaborative environment that prioritizes quality care.

Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will engage directly with patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality therapy, and we accept a variety of private health insurance providers to facilitate accessible care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and recovery goals.
• Deliver effective therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring that each receives personalized, targeted treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, utilizing patient feedback and clinical outcomes to inform adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care for complex cases.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and promote wellness, empowering them to maintain active lifestyles.
• Inspire patients to achieve optimal function during treatment, focusing on positive reinforcement and encouragement.
• Track treatment progress and convey findings in regular team meetings to enhance collective insights into patient care.
• Offer affordable therapy options aimed at reducing reliance on prescription medications while promoting holistic healing methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on orthopedic outpatient care, catering to a varied demographic of patients, including athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from surgery or injury. At Flexi Flow Rehab, we emphasize a patient-centered approach that considers each individual's circumstances, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring that our therapeutic interventions are relevant and responsive to their unique needs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Florida State Physical Therapist License with no prior board or disciplinary action.
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience in providing orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to document care and track patient outcomes efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly in orthopedic care.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing personalized treatment regimens.
• Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
