Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Provide individualized care, teaching patients and caregivers skills for independence. Cultivate collaboration with peers and manage referrals as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. For degrees earned outside the U.S., must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree. Compensation USD $44.00 - $47.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback Rehabilitation
