Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to tailor specific therapy programs that address their unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, working towards the shared goal of providing comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of all client information.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training seminars to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a robust compensation package, counselors will benefit from administrative support for billing and documentation, reducing the workload and allowing you to focus on your clients.
