Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to set up your therapy practice in a space that is comfortable and conducive to effective counseling sessions. You will work primarily from your home office, maintaining a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. Despite the remote nature of the role, you will remain an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team through regular virtual meetings and team-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual online therapy sessions using our secure telehealth platform, catering to a diverse clientele with various mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, fostering their personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and methodologies to guide clients through acute crises, trauma, and long-term mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role will be pivotal in identifying their unique strengths and challenges, advocating for their needs, and fostering a healing environment that encourages growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience.
