Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, integrating evidence-based practices suited for their unique therapeutic journey.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize teletherapy to facilitate virtual sessions, offering accessible mental health support without the challenges of in-person visits.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

EcoMind values the dedication and expertise of our counselors, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and level of experience.
