Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, applying your trained skills to de-escalate and support in critical situations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources within the community, empowering them in their mental health journey.

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical mandates while respecting confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse patient population, encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges. Your focus will include, but is not limited to, individuals from ethnic and cultural minority backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant populations. The expectation is to provide an accessible, empathetic, and individualized approach that respects each patient's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, along with a demonstrated capacity for cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services, both individual and group, utilizing culturally inclusive strategies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to cultivate rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.
\n
• A commitment to ethical standards, maintaining professional boundaries, and safeguarding patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
