Digital Content Manager We are looking for a talented Digital Content Manager to manage digital creative content and administer our social media accounts and website. Key Responsibilities Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Design and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals. Set specific objectives and report on ROI. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user across multiple channels and customer touch points. Brief creative agency on content needs to leverage productions and existing asset library. Generate, schedule, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos, news). Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Collaborate with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency. Communicate with followers, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews. Oversee social media account design (Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout). Recommend and implement new features to develop brand awareness (promotions, competitions). Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Qualifications 3+ years of proven work experience in digital content management. Hands‑on experience as a social media/community manager. Knowledge of social media management, analytic and listening tools. Excellent copywriting, presentation and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills. Critical thinker and creative. Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics. Familiarity with web design. Knowledge of online marketing channels. Experience in QSR, retail, and/or consumer products preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field. Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
