Position Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for a skilled LICSW to become a part of our Psychiatry team!

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivering clinical social work services to support patients and their families facing personal, familial, medical, and environmental challenges.
• Conducting psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, diagnosing conditions, and creating as well as executing treatment plans and interventions.
• Engaging in the development and execution of discharge and outpatient service strategies, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure effective treatment and service delivery.

Essential Qualifications Education

• Master’s Degree in Social Work

Experience

• Demonstrated clinical expertise and familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches.
• Prior experience in medical or hospital social work is preferred.

Licensure

• MA LICSW is mandatory.
