Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Assist in providing crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing therapeutic techniques in a remote setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of clients in various stages of behavioral health challenges, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, and co-occurring conditions. Your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning will be essential in developing effective interventions and helping clients toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts is essential.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, which showcases your ability to handle patient cases independently.

• Expertise in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and creating treatment plans in alignment with best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
