Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and family dynamics to craft tailored treatment plans.

• Provide teletherapy sessions for individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies based on client feedback and clinical observations, ensuring that services remain appropriate and effective.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our focus is on providing culturally sensitive and individualized care to enhance clients' mental wellness and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to practice independently in the state of Maryland.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
