Technical Requirements Fine dining experience and wine knowledge, preferred; one year of hospitality experience. Excellent customer service skills and a valid Florida driver's license. Willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends/holidays. Overnight shift required. Able to read, write and speak English. Able to work independently. Able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Excellent people skills. Meet/exceed customer expectations. Meet or exceed team expectations. Energetic personality. Hours Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Benefits Paid Vacation: 10 days after 1st year. Paid Sick Leave: 6 days per year.
